Why check an HTTP status code?
HTTP status codes can help website owners understand redirects, missing pages, access restrictions, and server-side problems. They are also useful when troubleshooting website availability and technical SEO issues.
Does a 200 status guarantee everything is working?
No. A 200 response means the server successfully responded to the request. It does not guarantee that every page, image, script, form, or feature on the website works correctly.
